Datawiz – BI Publisher Experience

Embedded BI Publisher 

Oracle provides embedded publisher as part of Enterprise One offering. This tool helps create customer facing formatted documents out of E1 generated PDF’s. It is a seamless process and can also be used to print/email/rename/archive E1 outputs as well. 

Datawiz BIP Project Features 

Datawiz has done BI Publisher work with various customers to format their internal or external documents and create workflows around them. Some of the significant features that our team used in these projects include: 

  • Adding company logos, conditional on BU / Company or any other data element 
  • Create PDF documents with specific names using data elements from the output 
  • Added barcodes using data elements 
  • Generate and save output documents in network locations 
  • Email output documents to external customers / suppliers or internal users
